1. General Terms

Space of Dance is a platform used only for personal education purposes. By accessing the Platform, you agree to use the services only for legal, ethical and personal use.

The User declares that the personal information provided when registering to the Platform is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for the security of your personal information.

You may use Space of Dance services, content, lessons, videos, images and other materials for educational purposes only. Any commercial use is prohibited.

2. Subscription and Payments

Space of Dance offers different subscription plans. You must select a suitable subscription plan to access the Platform.

Subscriptions are offered with monthly and annual payment plans. Each subscription will be billed according to the payment plan selected by the User.

Payments are made on the dates specified with the selected payment method. Space of Dance reserves the right to make changes to payment plans, but users will be notified before any changes.

All subscription fees are required to access the Platform and are non-refundable.

3. User Account

You must create a user account in order to use the Platform. It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date.

Your account is personal to you and is not transferable to others. The security of your account is your responsibility.

You must not share your account with others, and you must not share your passwords with anyone to ensure its security.

4. Content and Copyrights

All content provided by Space of Dance (videos, texts, images, audio materials, etc.) is protected by copyright. This content is for personal use only. The reproduction, distribution, modification, sale or public presentation of the content is prohibited.

Any content you upload to the Platform (comments, posts, photos, etc.) may only be used for educational purposes and may be made accessible to other users of the Platform.

Space of Dance reserves the right to monitor, edit and delete uploaded content.

5. User Conduct

While using the Platform, you must display a respectful, courteous and helpful attitude towards other users. Racism, sexism, harassment or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited.

It is prohibited to use the Platform for illegal, harmful or disturbing purposes. All actions taken on the Platform are the responsibility of the user.

Space of Dance may take the necessary measures to prevent users from abusing the Platform and may suspend or terminate accounts when necessary.
